The measure was initiated after New Year, but according to the MPs this is inconvenient for the tradesmen, because of the increasing expenses. Those tradesmen who have already registered will have the opportunity to unregister by a summarised procedure.

Mrs Cappone announced that UPP completely supports the rules, enforced by the agreement, because NGOs are the natural corrective of politicians. The document was signed by 15 political parties.
